“A thankful person is thankful under all circumstances.”
Bahá’u’lláh (1817–1892) PERSIAN FOUNDER OF THE BAHÁ’Í FAITH
Whether it’s a relationship in turmoil, financial pressure, a lack of health, or problems in a job, negative situations arise because of a lack of gratitude over a long period of time. If we are not grateful for each thing in our lives, we are unintentionally taking those things for granted. Taking things for granted is a major cause of negativity, because when we take things for granted we are not giving thanks in return, and we stop the magic happening in our life. Just as giving thanks to others will always lead to our life magically increasing, so must taking things for granted always lead to our life decreasing.
Are you grateful for your health when it’s good? Or do you only notice your health when your body gets sick or hurts? Are you grateful for your job every day, or do you only value your job when you hear there will be cutbacks? Are you grateful for your pay or salary every single time you receive it, or do you take your pay or salary for granted? Are you grateful for your loved ones when everything is running smoothly, or do you only talk to others about your loved ones when there are problems? Are you grateful when your car is working well? Or do you only think of your car when it breaks down?
Are you grateful to be alive each day? Or do you take your life for granted?
Taking things for granted results in complaining, negative thoughts and words. So when you complain, by the law of attraction, you must bring more things into your life to complain about!
If you’re complaining about the weather, the traffic, your boss, your spouse, your family, a friend, a stranger, waiting in lines, bills, the economy, the cost of something, or the service of a company, you are not being grateful, and you’re pushing your dream life further away with every complaint.
Now you understand that complaining, negative thoughts and words, and taking things for granted stops the good things in your life. Now you understand that when something goes very wrong you have unintentionally not been grateful enough. It’s impossible to be negative when you’re grateful. It’s impossible to criticize and blame when you’re grateful. It’s impossible to feel sad or have any negative feeling when you’re grateful. And the best news is that if you have any negative situations in your life currently, it won’t take a long period of time to transform them with gratitude. The negative situations will disappear in a puff of smoke – just like magic!
First, as difficult as it may be, you have to look for things to be grateful for in the negative situation. No matter how bad things are, you can always find something to be grateful for, especially when you know that your gratitude will magically transform every negative circumstance. Walt Disney, who knew about the true magic of life, showed us how to do this in his movie Pollyanna.
Disney’s 1960 movie Pollyanna featured “The Glad Game,” which had a profound effect on me when I was a child. I played The Glad Game featured in the movie through my childhood and adolescence. To play The Glad Game, you look for as many things as you can to be glad about, especially in a negative situation. Finding things to be glad about (or finding things to be grateful for) in a negative situation make the solutions appear!
Walt Disney demonstrated the magical power of gratitude in Pollyanna, and thousands of years earlier Buddha demonstrated the way to use the same magical power when he said:
“Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful.”
Gautama Buddha (circa 563 BC–483 BC)FOUNDER OF BUDDHISM
Let Buddha’s words be your inspiration, and today take one problem or negative situation in your life that you most want to resolve, and look for ten things to be grateful for. I know it can be challenging to begin this practice, but Buddha is showing you the way to do it. Make a written list of ten things on your computer, or in your gratitude journal.
As an example, your problem might be that you’re out of work, and despite your best efforts, you’re still unemployed. To magically turn this situation around, you have to do a concentrated practice of gratitude on the situation. Here are some examples of what you might say:
*I am so grateful to have had more time for my family during this period.
*I’m grateful that my life is in a lot better order because of the spare time I’ve had.
*I am grateful that I’ve had a job most of my life, and that I am experienced.
*I am truly grateful that this is the first time I’ve been unemployed.
*I’m grateful that there are jobs out there, and more new jobs are appearing each day.
*I am grateful for all the things I’ve learned in applying for jobs and in going for interviews.
*I am grateful that I have my health and that I can work.
*I’m grateful for my family’s encouragement and support.
*I’m grateful for the rest I’ve had, because I needed it.
*I’m grateful that through losing my job, I’ve realized how much having a job means to me. I had never realized that until now.
As a result of the unemployed person’s gratitude, they will attract different circumstances, and their current situation must and will magically change. The power of gratitude is greater than any negative situation, and there are unlimited ways that the negative situation can change. All you have to do is practice gratitude and watch the magic take place!
Let’s take another example; a son whose relationship with his father is troubled. The son feels that no matter what he does it never seems to be good enough for his father.
*I am grateful that most of the relationships in my life are really good.
*I’m grateful to my father for working hard so that I could have the education that he didn’t get to have.
*I’m grateful to my father for supporting our family through my childhood, because I didn’t have a clue then how much hard work and money it took to keep our family going.
*I’m grateful to my father for taking me to basketball every Saturday when I was a child.
*I’m grateful that my father is not as tough on me these days as he used to be in the past.
*I’m grateful that my father cares so much about me, because he wouldn’t be tough if he didn’t care so much.
*I’m grateful that through my relationship with my father I have learned to have compassion and a greater understanding with my children.
*I’m grateful to my father for showing me how important encouragement is in raising happy, confident children.
*I’m really grateful when I get to laugh with my father. Some people never got to do that because they didn’t have a father. And for others, who have lost their father, they will never have the chance to laugh with their father again.
*I am so truly grateful that I have my father, because amid the tough times, there have been good times, and there will be more good times ahead with my father.
As a result of the son’s heartfelt feelings of gratitude for his father, he will change their relationship for the better. The son changed the way he thinks and feels about his father, which immediately changes what he attracts from his father. Even though the son was being grateful in his mind, at an energetic and quantum level, the son’s gratitude will have a magical effect on his relationship with his father. Provided he maintains his gratitude, by the law of attraction, the son must receive far better circumstances with his father, and their relationship must begin to improve immediately.
Remember, you can tell your gratitude is working by the way that you feel. You should feel a lot better about the situation after practicing gratitude. The first evidence of gratitude’s magical power working is your feelings lifting, so when you do feel better about it, you know the situation will improve and the solutions will appear. The answer to any negative situation you want to resolve is to focus concentrated gratitude on it until you feel better inside; then you will see the magic work its wonder in the outside world.
In making your written list, make sure you list each of the ten things you’re grateful for in the following way:
I am so grateful for .
Or, I am truly grateful for .
And finish the sentence with what you’re grateful for. You can also use Walt Disney’s way of using gratitude’s magical power if you find it easier:
I am so glad that .
And finish the sentence with what you’re glad about.
Once you’ve listed ten things you’re grateful for, finish the Magical Way Out of Negativity practice by writing:
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.
And just for today, see if you can get through one day without saying anything negative. It may be a challenge, but see if you can make it through one day. There is an important reason to do this, because most of us have no idea how much we speak negatively, but you’ll have an idea after watching your words for a day. Remember that negativity and complaint bring more of those things, and if you’re aware of what you’re saying you can stop and decide if you want the consequences of what you’re about to say. Here is a magic lifeline you can use if you notice yourself thinking or saying something negative. Stop immediately, and say:
But I have to say that I am really grateful for .
Finish the rest of the sentence with something – anything – that you’re grateful for. Take this magic lifeline with you, and grab a hold of it whenever you need it.
And if any little problem or situation appears in the future, remember to put out the embers with gratitude before it grows into a fire. At the same time you will ignite the magic in your life!

So now I am sharing with you some of my best photo diary of 2018.
I really love books so i collected all of them in google. This books saved my life for a great reason. I started reading ebooks about 7 years ago during my Foundation days. These books are not ordinary books because they like from underworld. Just kidding. I mean, they are not just a piece of book that you can find in national bookstores. 7 years ago I started to see visions of other reality, which i don’t think you will understand. I started to question everything around me. I had so many questions that need to be answered. Then i started questioning, searching, then I started finding answers.
The first book I read was the Law of the Universe by Niall Nicholson, you can find it on the list below. After that more books came, and from those books came more and more books. The curiosity never stopped. As much as I wanted to buy those books, I cannot find it in national bookstores or libraries. Good thing there are websites where in you can download those particular type of books. Only amazon sell them, because they were printed for about hundred years ago. I don’t have money to buy them then so i just download it in google.
But i told myself that, one day i will have a paperback collection of those books. And now i got them in my library. Thanks to amazon.
I have a dream to own a big library in future that is free for all so that anyone who has a curiosity like me can access them anytime.
By the way, you may want to ask what type of books i am into. Those are books about Psychology, spirituality, ancient philosophy, self awakening, consciousness, astrology, astrotheology, shamanism, ancient history, self development, leadership, health mind and body, holy science, and alike. Wew! thats it! that how weird I am.
So, if you want to try, just click the title and there you go.
PS: this is just a first batch. more to come.

As developers found new ways to combine urban living with walkable communities, it engage both domestic and foreign investors also the millennial buyers. Below are the advantages of mixed use developments.
Convenience is the ultimate advantage of mixed use development properties. With everything you need right within your reach, you dont have to travel far from home just to fetch daily necessities.
You can buy groceries anytime you need it without going out of the building.
You don’t have to cook your meal because there are restaurants and food stops available inside the building.
You don’t have to drive away from home to go to the malls, because there is a mall inside your building. You will reduce the need to travel giving a you huge amount of savings. Thus, don’t have to pay parking fees.
Its also possible to get a job just inside the building because there are offices and commercial establishments that can offer a job.
Most the mixed use projects are located near the central business district where the demand is notable. A place where people have the need to maximize their time. Mixed use properties are located in densely-packed areas that are close to city amenities such as schools, libraries and parks.
HIGH LEVEL SECURITY
Mixed use building provides higher level of security and property management. It envelops a blend of residential, industrial and commercial real estate so it will demand a superior property management. For most condominiums, there is a separate lobby for mall, offices and residential units. There is also a double security access for using the elevator. Most of the condominiums like 100 West Makati requires a key card access., meaning you can only go to the floor that your card is registered. This benefits attracts high quality tenants , shorter unit vacancies which are beneficial to the investors.
FASTER LIQUIDITY AND HIGHER RE-SALE VALUE
One of the finest advantage of Mixed use developments is that it is easy to liquidate depending on your investment horizon. At the time you decided to take back your money you can re-sale your unit at the higher price. Remember that a well-designed mixed used development located on a great location can draw numerous potential buyers. You may also sell your unit to foreign buyers who are going in and out of the country for a sudden transactions. Foreigners are very attracted on a convenient city living so they are one of the best market for resales.
HIGH RENTAL INCOME
Mixed use buildings are typically a safe bet for investors because of a higher return of investment. It has the most rental demands because it has industrial companies (offices) inside the building. 100 West Makati for example has 4 floors of offices that can accommodate around 4000 to 5000 employees. A mixed use condo like this can increase rental rate to its maximum potential base on the demand. Tenants in mixed use buildings are often some of the greatest beneficiaries of commercial businesses in the building which contributes to a higher stream of income to both investors and developer. Mixed use developments are also draw interest to tenants because of accessibility and benefits it brings. Tenants are willing to shell out more provided that they have everything they need in just one roof. Millennials are the biggest market for rentals since they prefer the the most convenient and walkable location to live by.
For inquiries about mixed use condo in Makati Philippines pls feel free to inquire.
Its not my first time in KK pero itong second na visit ko ang masasabi na super nag enjoy ako.
Sabi nila ang KK daw ay parang Pilipinas lang din, maraming Pilipino, and most of the local Malay knows how to speak Tagalog. We are so amazed! But I never expected na super mag eenjoy din ako at ang mga kasama ko. We are 6 in the group and honestly we don’t have much money to spend and we are determined na pagkasyahin ang 5,000 pesos budget para sa 3 araw na tour namin. And I’m happy to share our experience with you.
To give you and idea how we book our airfare, nag abang kami ng murang flight and we booked it ahead of time, like 6 months ahead, and luckily we got around 3,000 pesos two way ticket! Wow how about that? Hahaha
DAY 1 FRIDAY: (Excited kami syempre)
11AM – Arrival at Kota kinabalu Airport. Sa airport pa lang pwede ka nag magpapalit ng pera from PESO to RM, but to give you an idea not to exchange too much, yung kailangan nyo lang muna to book a GRAB or Uber and to buy some food. Why? Because the exchange rate inside the airport is kinda lower compare outside. That’s what we did.
Airport to Hotel- what we did is we compare rates on GRAB and UBER before we booked, we acutally do this in the Philippines para mas makatipid. Only max of 4 passengers can fit in the car so we booked 2 Grab’s separately, unlike here in the Philippines, they don’t have a six seater Grab or Uber so if your in a big group you might want to divide yourselves.
ARRIVAL TO HOTEL: Nagbooked kami ng hotel 1 month before the trip, why? Because the rate of advance booking is cheaper. Our Hotel is called Gaya Hotel and we really appreciate its good location, malapit sya sa Filipino Market, Night Life, Sunday Gaya Street Market, Malls, Travel Agencies at higit sa lahat malapit sya sa Seafood Stall Restaurants.
HOTEL RATE PER PAX is 1,000 pesos
We had our lunch at Suria Sabah Mall. This mall is just in front of our hotel, merong mga local retaurants sa loob na pwede nyo kainan. Since first day namin at di pa kami masyado familiar sa lugar, hindi kami nakatipid at nakahanap ng masarap na local restaurant, pero dahil gutom na gutom na kami kumain na lang kami kung ano ang available. Just to give you advice, agahan nyo ang book ng trip nyo para mas maaga kayo makarating at makapag ikot-ikot kayo around the area.
After Lunch, our next move was to find the Travel Agencies to book our tours for the next 2 days. Our hotel is offering tours also but we find it a bit expensive so we decided na maghanap muna ng mas mura. Luckily yung Grab driver na nasakyan naming from the airport is very accommodating, he told us what we need to know, where to go and how to get there.
He suggested that we go to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal to booked our tour.
And guess what? we were able to get the best price that will fit our tour preference and budget.
Pagpasok pa lang naming sumalubong na samin ang mga ahente ng ibat ibang travel agencies and they are competing with each other rates! Now its time to Negotiate!
We actually asked for the haft of the price of what they offer and luckily we got max of 45% discount!
Where to Eat?
Super wagi kami sa dinner mga besh, sa dako pa roon nakahanap kami ng Seafood “paluto” stall malapit sa hotel. Parang sa dampa lang ang peg! Sa halagang 936 pesos or 78RM may 3 putahe na kami at may take out pa. Hehe!
Day 2 SATURDAY: (Excited pa din)
Proceed to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal
Tips: Okay lang na magdala ng food sa island dahil super mahal ng food doon promise! Pwede na kayong bumili ng food sa terminal bago kayo pumunta sa island. Another tip, magdala ng beach matt dahil pag dun kayo nagrent its 10RM guys.
Island Hopping Tour ( we chose to visit the Manuka Island and the Sapi Island)
Below are the rates for your reference:
1 island 23RM
2 island 33RM
3 island 43RM
Entrance in the island:
3RM for Malaysian
10RM for foriegners
(isang beses lang kayo magbabayad ng Entrance Fee sa Island, then ipapakita nyo lang ang resibo sa mga susunod na island na pupuntahan nyo)
Snorkling Gear Equipment Rental Rates:
Life jacket- 10RM
Snorkling Gear 10RM
TIPS: Besh, hindi nyo kailangang mag hire ng tig-iisang snorkeling gear and Fin, dahil pwede naman kayo maghiraman, and mind you, hindi nyo masyadong magagamit.
Water Sports that you can enjoy:
Banana boat- 40RM per pax
Parasailing- standard fee is 100RM per pax (but don’t worry besh, makakatawad ka hanggang 65RM)
Fly fish- 80RM per pax/15 minutes
Sea Walking- RM250 per pax/30 minutes
Jet Skiing- 175 per unit/30 minutes
PS: Parasailing is so much fun
Syempre hindi kumpleto ang gala kung walang night life ang beshy…
Night Life at sabah sea front, kalapit lang ito ng Filipino Market. So many bar to choose from at mind you super dami din ng foreigners. Oops wag masyado gumastos…its 5k challenge. Hahaha!
Ay DAY 3 Na! (ang bilis)
After breakfast sa hotel, pinuntahan naming ang famous Muslim Temple and Buddhist Temple.
TIPS: Kung inabot kayo ng lingo besh, might as well ay puntahan nyo ang SUNDAY MARKET sa Gaya Street, another best place to eat and buy pasalubong. It is opend from 5:30am to 1:30pm.
Dahil pagod kami at puyat sa night out last night di naming to napuntahan late na kami nagising. Hahaha!Ganun talaga besh, you cant have the best of the both worlds! Sunday market or City tour? Hahaha
Moving on to the last part of the tour, Klias Wetland River Cruise to spot Proboscis Monkey.
This tour starts from 2pm, 2 hours away from the city. Malapit ito sa Mount Kinabalu.
It’s a time with nature. Hahaha!
Before sunset we move to the Kinabalu beach to take photos of the beautiful sunset! Super nag enjoy kami dito promise!
Around 6pm bumalik na kami to have our dinner. It’s a local food, we had chicken adobo, sitaw adobo at ginisang gulay.
Reminder lang mga besh, you will not eat alone…why? Mosquitos are with you, habang kumakain ka, kinakain ka nila. You might want to bring a mosquito repellant or wear pants instead of shorts.
After dinner we proceed to the last part of the package, the CRUISE WITH THE FIREFLIES… or Alitaptap. In slung, alituff-tuff, hahaha, that’s how my friend pronounced it. Its so magical, tinatawag ng tour guide ang mga alitaptap gamit ang ilaw. Para syang Shaman haha! Tapos lalapit ang mga aliptap sa ferry! Gosh its really a wonderful experience!
oH mga besh tapos na! Uwian na mga besh, sana may konting tip akong nabigay sa inyo if you are planning to go to KK Malaysia
Overall sa awa ng Diyos nagkasya ang 5k, may sukli pa, pero tulad ko na magastos syempre sumobra ako sa 5k, bumili ako mga pasalubong sa FILIPINO MARKET!.
OVER ALL IT’S A WONDERFULL EXPERIENCE!
Tandaan nyo mga besh, walang perfect place, you only make it perfect just being happy and enjoy every bit of the experience.
Till our next stop!
